Many people think I work out all the time because it’s my job! In reality, I want my workouts to be short and sweet so I can get back to what I really enjoy - snuggling my cats, dancing around my house to Tame Impala, and making
copious amounts of coffee.
Don’t get me wrong - I used to think I had to spend hours in the gym, but over time, I learned that movement serves to support our life, not consume it. I realized that if I didn’t want to spend all my time working out, then neither did you! I overhauled my training style so you won’t have to overhaul your life.
