i'm in!

I empower busy people with the tools to build a healthy and long-lasting relationship with fitness and nutrition so they can keep up with their loved ones, stay energized throughout their work day, and explore new hobbies in their free time. 

Many people think I work out all the time because it’s my job! In reality, I want my workouts to be short and sweet so I can get back to what I really enjoy - snuggling my cats, dancing around my house to Tame Impala, and making
copious amounts of coffee. 

What I’m About

Don’t get me wrong - I used to think I had to spend hours in the gym, but over time, I learned that movement serves to support our life, not consume it. I realized that if I didn’t want to spend all my time working out, then neither did you! I overhauled my training style so you won’t have to overhaul your life. 

As your coach, I will help you gain strength, stay accountable, and challenge yourself in a safe environment. Ultimately you are the expert on your body. Let’s explore how fitness and nutrition can fit into YOUR life, without it taking over.
