I’m a Certified Functional Strength Coach and Nutrition Coach with a B.S. in Exercise Science, which is a fancy way to say that I want to help you find a balanced lifestyle through fitness and nutrition.
I’ve been in this game since 2014 and I can tell you that fad diets and overly complex workouts don’t work. By having a healthy relationship with movement and food, I believe that we can truly improve your life and achieve your nutrition and fitness goals. I have guided hundreds of people down this path and now I’m ready to guide you!

Absolutely! Nutrition Coaching will provide guidance in incorporating small, manageable additions or changes into your current diet so it won’t feel like a total life overhaul when paired with weekly workouts!
Not at all! You definitely do not need to work out before we work together. We’ll work on the basics of strength training together, no matter your fitness level!
First, it depends! It depends on your goals, your schedule, your body, and so much more. But also, we will focus a lot on behavior-based goals! Meaning, instead of just an end goal (like hiking a mountain, for example) we will set smaller behavior goals along the way (like completing a strength workout two days a week).
